Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy

Step 1: Project Planning Phase

At the project planning phase, uConnect Telecom develops a detailed project plan, including:

  • ▪️ Gathering client requirements and conducting a technical feasibility analysis;
  • ▪️ Defining the project scope, specifying deliverables and acceptance criteria;
  • ▪️ Creating a timeline with defined deadlines for each phase;
  • ▪️ Allocating resources, including the necessary team, materials, and equipment;
  • ▪️ Identifying and analyzing risks, along with mitigation strategies;
  • ▪️ Establishing a clear communication plan with the client and stakeholders.

Step 2: Project Execution Phase

During the project execution phase, uConnect Telecom implements the planned activities:

  • ▪️ Installing structured cabling systems (metallic and optical networks), fiber optic backbones, active equipment (routers, switches, and access points), video monitoring systems (IP CCTV), and access control systems;
  • ▪️ Building the physical infrastructure needed for cable accommodation and routing;
  • ▪️ Continuous oversight by the technical team to ensure compliance with the schedule and technical specifications.

Inspection And Testing

After installation, the company conducts rigorous inspections and testing to ensure quality:

  • ▪️ Testing connectivity and performance of cabling (metallic and optical) using certification tools;
  • ▪️ Inspecting the physical installation to verify organization, labeling, and compliance with technical standards;
  • ▪️ Performing functional tests on active equipment (such as routers and switches) and validating configurations;
  • ▪️ Testing video monitoring and access control systems to ensure full functionality.

Step 3: Project Monitoring & Control Phase

Throughout the process, uConnect Telecom employs tools and methods to monitor and control the project:

  • ▪️ Tracking project progress against the schedule and budget;
  • ▪️ Identifying and addressing any issues or deviations during execution;
  • ▪️ Ensuring partial deliverables meet the quality criteria defined in the planning stage;
  • ▪️ Providing regular status reports to the client on completed phases and project updates.

Step 4: Project Closure Phase

In the closing phase, uConnect Telecom formalizes the project handover:

  • ▪️ Conducting a handover meeting, presenting results and technical documentation, including test reports and certifications;
  • ▪️ Providing training to the client’s team, if needed, on system usage and maintenance;
  • ▪️ Officially closing the project with client sign-off;
  • ▪️ Conducting an internal project evaluation to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement in future projects.
